Our team of service delivery managers and clinical support team operate in a centralized model and ensures greater focus on individual care needs and consistency of service for Participants with dedicated and regular Support Workers. To ensure business continuity and 24/7 care, our Workforce Coordinators include an on-call team that provides support outside of business hours. Any urgent enquires are immediately escalated to the relevant Service Delivery Manager.

No matter the support you need, our team works with you and your support network to establish an approach that fits your lifestyle and goals. This includes support for everyday tasks such as personal care including showering, dressing and getting ready for the day; everyday household tasks such as meal preparation, grocery shopping and cleaning; and overnight assistance including live-in supports.
