Subee is an approved National Disability Insurance Scheme, Aged Care and Attendant Care provider. Subee has been working with local families for over 30 years.
Staff include Registered Nurses and Community Support Workers. They provide tailored services to each individual client and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We provide you with a Service Coordinator as a direct point of contact. Your service coordinator will work with you and always consult and seek your approval in any decisions about your individual care plan and services you need. With your permission Service Coordinator will liaise with your care team of allied health and medical professionals.
If part of your Care Needs Assessment, we can provide the following services:
Domestic assistance, Social Support, Lawns and Garden Maintenance, Activities of daily living, Respite, Meal preparation, Transport, Wound Care Management, Medication Management, End of life and Palliative Care, Enteral Feeding and Management, Seizure Care and Management, Caring for people with Diabetes, Caring for people with Acquired Brain Injuries, Caring for people with Spinal Cord Injuries, Caring for people with Dementia, Bariatric Care and Management, Recognizing and responding to deterioration, Complex Bowel and Catheter Management.
Languages other than English that your current staff are able to deliver attendant care services in: Nepalese, Filipino, German, Italian, Sudanese
