Natasha is a senior executive with two decades of experience leading people, culture and strategic transformation across complex and highly regulated environments.
She brings a proven track record in delivering large scale change, shaping inclusive, high-performance cultures, and aligning workforce strategy with organisational purpose.
Natasha joined icare in 2024 following senior roles at Westpac and Lion, and a background as a practicing lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Law and Management and is a Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
