Supported treatments and services
You can submit digital invoices for most healthcare and workplace rehabilitation treatments and services. For more information on supported treatments and services please contact HICAPS or Tyro Health.
Note: you'll need a valid claim number usually seven digits starting with "2" or higher (for example, 7123456) before submitting an invoice.

How to sign up and link icare in HICAPS or Tyro Health
You'll need to create an account with either HICAPS or Tyro Health. Once signed in, just select icare from the available options in the platform to start invoicing.
Sign up to HICAPS
- Go to HICAPS Digital Help Guide
- Create a free account
- In the account dashboard, go to the Programs tab
- Select icare from the list of funders, to enable Workers Insurance invoicing
- Start submitting your invoices.
Sign up to HICAPS How to link icare in HICAPS
Sign up to Tyro Health
- Go to Tyro Health
- Create a free account
- Go to the Get Paid tab
- Find and enable icare under available funders
- Submit and track invoices online.
Start invoicing
Once your account is set up and icare is connected in HICAPS or Tyro Health, you're ready to start submitting invoices online.
- Log into your HICAPS or Tyro Health account
- Select icare as the funder or scheme
- Enter invoice details: claim number, provider, date, service/item codes
- Submit the invoice
- Track it in your invoice history - payment typically occurs the next business day after approval.
